What you choose to share

The signup form stores your email address, optional name, topic preferences, and a record of your consent. Inquiry forms also store the name and message you provide. Earlier interest submissions may include estimated quantities, group details, or a ZIP code. These can be removed on request. Subscribers added by the owner also have a record of how permission was given. A short referral code may be recorded to understand which flyer or invitation led to your signup or inquiry.

How those details are used

Details are collected for The Word in View, created by Brandon Clayton under Word & Witness Press, to manage subscriptions, respond to inquiries, and provide the book announcements, series updates, and related news you request. Inquiry submission does not subscribe you to marketing updates.

Storage and service providers

Submissions are held in the site’s hosted database. Newsletter drafts, recipient records, and sending results are stored privately to track messages and prevent duplicate sends. Unsubscribing removes you from the current mailing list; historical send records may be retained to manage delivery and unsubscribe requests. Hosting providers process technical information to operate and secure the site. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes your email address, optional name, message content, and email delivery information to send the welcome message and updates you request. This site does not use advertising trackers or collect payment information. Purchases take place on Amazon, which handles checkout and order information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

After signing up, you receive a personal link on screen that lets you withdraw that signup and remove its record. Save this link if you wish to manage your signup later. When welcome email delivery is enabled, a management link is also included in that message. You may also use the contact form to request access, correction, or removal of information you submitted; identity verification may be needed.

We retain submitted details while they are needed for the purpose you requested, unless you ask for their removal.

Young readers

The books welcome young readers, but these forms are intended for adults. Parents and group leaders should submit their own contact details and avoid providing children’s personal information.
